Wasn't too sure wether to give it a go as I have never previously stuck to a work out class, getting bored after 2 or 3 classes, but this is soooo different, I was hooked from the word go. Love it so much, I became and instructor!
Such fun and a great way to exercise. If you don't like exercise but love dancing and having fun come along.....
Love jazzercise the time goes so quick when you are there.
I went to my first class just under 2 years ago and have never looked back. It's such a good workout that works for all fitness levels where everyone gets to have fun, sing along to an awesome soundtrack and meet great people!
Great workout. Work as hard as you want you have a great time and meet some fab people too. Been going 3yrs now and love it and seen some great changes in myself.
Fun, fab, fitness for all! Just try it! Get addicted to something thats good for you.
