Jazzsock - Oxford University

The Oxford University Jazz Society: The centre of the Oxford jazz scene and the host of Oxford's best jazz night.

JazzSoc is Oxford University's official jazz society, the place to be for players and listeners, dancers and drinkers.

We host weekly jazz nights on Tuesdays at 8. 30pm at the Mad Hatter. These usually kick off with a performance by a special guest musician, before we open up the stage and jam the night away.
These are open to anyone and everyone, so get yourself there and don't miss out!

Entry is £3 for students and £4 for members of the public. Alternatively you can become have lifetime membership of JazzSoc for £20, giving you free entry to all of our gigs and discounted entry at the Spin Jazz Club at the Wheatsheaf!

JazzSoc is also the main point of contact for jazz band hire in Oxford and surrounding areas. If you need a band for a party, wedding or other function then get in touch! JazzSoc can even tailor make an ensemble just for you.
