Based in Oxford, JCS Online Resources Limited (JCS) is a small but fast-expanding subscription agency for online educational resources. Our customers are Schools (UK and worldwide), Further Education Colleges and Public Library Authorities. Our mission: At JCS, we believe that it is vital for Schools, Public Libraries and Further and Higher Education Institutions to have convenient and affordable access to a wide range of high quality e-resources. . . and our mission is to make this possible. What we do: • Negotiate licences and discounted subscription rates with publishers of online resources on behalf of Schools, Further Education Colleges and Public Library Authorities. • Promote the resources actively through our website, email campaigns, social networks and events to secure as many subscriptions and renewals as possible. • Provide friendly and efficient service and support to our customers. • Undertake the administration of subscriptions and annual renewals on behalf of our publisher partners.
