Hi. On conference in London. Arrived from South Africa on Sunday and popped into JD store in Oxford to get my nephew his new Liverpool kit. What an amazing experience. Victor should be employee of the year. I am so impressed by his service and attention to my needs. I wanted printing in shirt and they didn’t have letters. He explained to me that he didn’t want to make promises and given I was leaving in a few days directed me to even try elsewhere but he kept my shirt aside. Victor could have made a quick sale to me but his working ethics was very refreshing and appreciated. Restores humanity and trust. Thank you Victor and your 2 assistants who were equally helpful and patient with me. Didn’t get their names. I WOULD RECOMMEND JD stores to everyone. Do not miss out. Thank you Victor. I am a very happy customer and I am sure my nephew will be thrilled with his kit� I will be back to your store.

Much better service in the oxford street store than I've experienced previously. Let down by allowing 3 boys to kick a ball around in the boot testing area, when my son genuinely wanted to test some boots they would not leave and the tee shirt printing guy did nothing.

For it being my first time in London last week and at Oxford Street the service from Im assuming the manager and girl behind the counter was disgusting! I paid for a kids ManUtd jacket which was originally £58 but it had another price on the tag that said £48 and once me and my mum looked at the receipt I was charged the £58. I paid by card and the manager was very arrogant saying "do yous not understand?" What we definatly understand is if a price on the tag is lower than original then we get charged the lowest but didnt understand why a kids jacket was more expensive than a mans. Cheeky and arrogant he was, it seemed he didnt know how to do a £10 transaction! Sorry but if Im ever back over Il just pass Oxford Street JD store�

More than 2 months waiting for my parcel to arrive. Asked for refund and still not got it �������

No one answers the emails!!!!!

the email problem solving service it doesn't exist….pretty much like the phone number then cos no one answers that either it cost 5 pound too listen too boring white noise. useless after sales service you can tell u have been paid cos u don't care. Shareholder run as usual always leads too cooperate greed and bad services.

This has to be one of the worst delivery companies in the UK. I took a day off on Wednesday for a important next day delivery. I haven’t receive it yet. crap company, crap service.

The worst sports wear company I encountered. I don’t even know how to contact them via tweet, insta, email and call. No communication barrier at all. Such a well known sports company but provide service is worst and they don’t even responds at all. 4 days after placing order and no responds. I know I am only tiny customers but every customers count !!! WORST SPORTS COMPANY in the world �

Ordered a pair of trainers for a Gift online, 10days later still no trainers. Jd call to say the courier has lost the parcel but will refund me. I’m supposed to be grateful for that the gift never got to my family member & now I have to go find them somewhere else and pay full price, what excellent service from a big company NOT!!! jd what you should have done is offered a like for like or offer to send me a pair as soon as they come in stock (which I was told probably won’t be in h too January 18 now and that’s if they get any in) how hilarious Nike presto khaki jd won’t have anymore coming in??? A top selling trainer not available? Your customer service needs training correctly & your resolutions need to be a damn site better. Poor and disgusting service & you have lost a loyal customer I will be passing the message on to family and friends not to use jd

Not impressed with the tracking service for JD sports. They take your money and even though you pay for next day delivery, they give you know details of when the items are going to arrive - that’s not customer service that’s bad service and i will Send back these items once they arrive now - I can’t abide bad customer experience even from your courier partners. 15502943214433E

Never believe JD Sports when it comes to special occasions. ‘Guaranteed’ next day delivery promised in store but they’ve left my son without under the Christmas tree after I spend £160 - not including delivery charge! I went in store and was reassured multiple times ‘don’t worry it will be here’ and this never happened. When I back into store on the 24th after ringing multiple times on the 23rd and being fobbed off and told lie after lie the store did not want to know and were no different to Scrooge!! Just remember if you need something for a special occasion see it, buy it (in person) but do not trust JD Sports.

Initially I thought what a helpful assistant we had in ordering a top when the size I needed was not in stock, even better with the promise that it could be delivered direct to our home as we do not live in London. However after chasing up the order a week later we find shocking service in that the item was delivered to the store, no body (not even people in the head office) can even get through to the Oxford Street store, the order was placed with no name, contact number or e mail on it and so we are still left, nearly 2 weeks later out of pocket and without the item we have bought! Most unimpressed.

Awful & appalling online customer service 3 times messed up my order.

1- item missing (felt bit light I opened it while the Delivery man was there) to everyone do the same open your parcel while delivery man is there just in case item is missing.

2- I order tracksuit but only I received the top with no bottom.

3- I order Nike air tracksuit age 4-5 but some one decided to send me Adidas which I probably would have accepted but size was 9-10, that would be a long wait before my son can wear.

Called them the customer service over phone very helpful.

But where ever they pick the orders from it’s very poor customer service discusting

I have had the worst experience of online ordering I ordered £150 worth of clothing and and never received it. I received a confirmation from the courier that the parcel has been delivered. It was delivered to somewhere and signed for and all this happened in November 2017 and it’s been almost 3months and I have not got any confirmation of my refund even when the courier has confirmed that they have genuinely lost the parcel and to raise the refund absolut joke the customer service keeps saying give us 1week evry time you call them

Just this week I tried 2x buy a shoes in your shops (physical store and online) and i had problem in both!The last one, I finished my order, I was waiting my shoes, and today I received an email with my order cancelled! Thank’s for your professionalism!!!!

Been trying to keep up and stay awake since the 25th of Dec for their promo.. and when i finally got 1 item.. they cancelled it without giving us valid reasons. Stay away from the promotional joke they got.. you will only waste a lot of your time.

Awful on line service I ordered trainers for my son, received confirmation that they where despatched and in transit on the 3rd jan checked the tracking information every day still on there way. Called and got through to an awful automated service, finally spoke to a lovely helpful man called Luke who informs me that they have been in store since the 5th but the system has not updated.

Appalling attitude from staff, stood there gossiping ignoring customers. 20+ minute wait for shoes which never arrived and staff who could not give a toss as it’s not their department. Would give a zero if I could. Avoid as they do not deserve the custom.
