Slowly and not kind staff... they made me wait for 15 minutes for my shoes and then they just told me there is no my size...

Hands down one of the worst JD Sports I have ever visited. No real organisation, terrible customer service and clearly poorly supervised/manged. I visited the store hoping to purchase footwear for my nieces 9th Birthday. After standing on the shop floor with my niece for 45 minutes I was then to be told that the item I wanted was out of stock. This was after being told on multiple occasions that ‘someone’ was checking the stock room for the item. At this point I requested to speak to the manager to inform them of my obvious frustrations but unfortunately they were even more useless than the sales assistants. The manger offered to look for the item online using the online systems in store. The trainers were in stock and after filling in all my details the system crashed (another 10 minutes wasted).. I am currently in a dispute with customer services as I decided to order the item online when I got home and selected for them to be collected from the store and low and behold the item can’t be found because it was not scanned in when delivered to the store. Once this is over I will not be going back to the store again and I advise others to reconsider using the store.
