Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful owners and staff. We drove two hours to get here and it was well worth it. John is always willing to help with any questions even after three years after buying our bike.

Ruth and John have looked after the tandem we bought from them with an impeccable level of care and first-class friendly customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough! If there's a better tandem shop / service in the world I'd like to see it... No unnecessary parts or service, friendly craic and advice, no patronising cycle snobbery, speedy and excellent service, what more could you want?

These guys have the best customer service I have come across in any shop let alone any cycling shop. The discover tandeming day was great and they where quick and very considerate to put up with our every demand!

When it came to purchasing a tandem they were very helpful in helping us decide which model to get. Never trying to push a sale or up-spec us in order to make a greater profit. They again where very flexible and accomodating letting us trial different stems and saddles always being very helpful in ensuring we got the correct fit for us.

I E mailed the night before to make an enquiry. I received a really upbeat call from Jamie the next morning and I arranged to visit. Upon visiting I was greeted with a very warm smile and a cup of tea then, having listened intently to my requirements, given thorough advice by Jamie about what tandem I should look to buy - and buy I did! The service I received was absolutely first class. I was dealt with in a friendly way and was given invaluable advice which helped inform me about the decision I made. The whole experience was of the highest standard and I cannot adequately express my thanks to Jamie and Ruth for the way in which they dealt with me.

The Tandem its self has been fantastic, during the 18 months we have had it. We have ridden regularilly and its taken us on some special adventures. Isle of Arran, Isle of Skye, Dolomites including Passo Giau 2,236 mtrs. No problems whatsoever with it and it has brought my partner and I together.
