Slightly different to your normal heavy barbell squat what we normally see in the gym . I haven’t done these in a long while & forgot how good these are worth putting in your workouts if your quads are lacking in size.

A lot of people are not photogenic when it comes to unveiling progress pictures online for the public eye to see but, here is one that is slightly different. I know a lot of you will just look at that & scroll past because it’s not an interesting photo but this particular individual I have helped achieve some great results & deserves a pat on the back for all efforts shown in the gym.
