JDM Powder Tech was founded in January 2014, situated on the Medway City Estate, we pride ourselves on the excellent service we offer to all our customers.
We have a wide range on in house facilities, such as
- A Large 4Mtr Shot blasting room with a shot blasting tank
- 6. 5Mtr De-grease /pre-treatment wash
- Large spray booth and curing oven, 6. 5Mtr x 2. 5Mtr x 2Mtr
- Camelback track oven with 2 additional spray booths
- Environmentally friendly stripping tank which removes all types of paints
Were able to shot blast, pre-treat and powder coat all types of metals from box sections, channels, sheets to car and bike parts and much, much more!
Stocking a wide range of colours is essential to JDM, it enables us to offer our clients multiple choice and in our workshop we stock a huge range of RAL colours. In addition to the colour you can also choose various surface finishes from a Matt, Satin or Gloss with a smooth, textured, metallic or leatherette surface finish.
Our staff have years of experience in the shot blasting and powder coating industry so no matter what the project, JDM Powder Tech Ltd will be happy to assist.
We are open 5 days a week Monday to Friday so feel free to call us or pop in to discuss your requirements.
