We specialise in providing a personalised bespoke lift service for customers who prefer to speak to people that can answer their questions and deal with the problem. We feel that dealing with a customer question or enquiry as quickly and efficiently as possible and without obligation, is of extreme importance.
The main areas of expertise are Lift Maintenance and Lift Repairs for passenger or goods lifts. We have thorough maintenance schedules for the correct level of cover and offer full public, product and employee liability protection, placing lift safety for our clients and employees as top priority, whilst constantly assessing our procedures.
All of our engineers are equipped with PDA devices with access to all the customers’ information in real time. This allows our database to be updated as soon as the job is complete, ensuring we never miss a lift service visit or breakdown and providing a service history for all clients.
JDR Lift services are independently assessed to the ISO 9001 standard and members of the Safe Contractor scheme. In order to keep this status, we must meet high standards that demonstrate good levels of service. Our computer systems and databases enable us to keep fully up to date with all contracts, maintenance schedules and breakdowns.
