I have decided to create this page to share with you my daily routines, diet and training to give you some tips on a healthy lifestyle. I hope you will find it inspirational.

About me:

I have been in the fitness industry since 2007 when I started my BSc studies in Sport Science. In 2012 I obtained an MSc degree in Exercise and Health which was related to planning and prescribing training plans specifically for pathologies such as: obesity; epilepsy; osteoporosis, back pain.

Since 2009, I have been involved in monitoring and evaluating high-performance training and research. As a result of my studies and research I have contributed to writing and publishing more than 15 articles in several international journals of sport and medicine which you can find online ( http://www. ncbi. nlm. nih. gov /pubmed /?term=Mejias% 2BJE ).

Active IQ Level 3 in Personal Training
Active IQ Level 2 in Fitness Instructing
TTR Certificate in Metabolic Resistance & Conditioning Training
TTR Certificate in Gym Based Boxing
TTR Certificate in Studio Cycling
TTR Certificate in Circuit Training
