I am a former Sports Therapist and amateur competitive cyclist with a passion for sound nutrition. Following my husband's diagnosis of aggressive prostate cancer, I under took research into relevant foods and began experimenting in the kitchen. I took my own recipe Matcha bread to an impromptu picnic where one of the guests, who I later discovered is a leading food entrepreneur, suggested I could sell it. Two days later I broke my wrist, preventing me from sports therapy work but allowing the opportunity to explore the bread making option. I now produce a range of nutrient rich organic and award winning bread mixes.
