I recently dealt with this broker at the same time as getting a business insurance quote from someone else. I can honestly say that the professionalism that I received was second to none in comparison. From the moment we discussed the business, I felt reassured by the questions asked and the knowledge and experience he was able to share with me. He was even able to get me cover that the other broker said was not possible. I was not able to start up the business as planned due unforeseen circumstances, however Andy was very patient and understanding to the end. I just wanted to acknowledge the service received and I would definitely recommend this insurance broker (and I already have).
