Acti-Laboratories main business is to make products for other brands, which we have done for many years. Our products are all made in France.
When the financial crisis hit in 2008 the € stayed very strong & as most of our market is export outside Eurozone we needed to look for new markets within Europe. After some study of the UK Party Plan market we decided to create ActiDerm & it was launched on June 6th 2011.
ActiDerm was conceived as a modern brand which did not contain contentious ingredients used in many other brands. We take care not to use ingredients which are tested on animals & we are conscious of the environment in terms of packaging & manufacturing processes.
ActiDerm is our first venture into the retail market & has opened our eyes to real feedback from actual users of our products. This has given us a great insight into what the market wants & helped us develop a formidable product range.
If I could summarize how I wished to be viewed it would be ‘top quality products at affordable prices’. We achieve this by selling directly from our lab to the end user via a network of Ambassadors without the overheads of shops or distributors.
