Jeni runs a terrific pilates business, where all instructors are friendly , approachable and well qualified. The catch up policy is really useful and helps you get your monies worth! I’ve been going to Laura’s class for a couple of years and she is certainly well loved by us all and a great teacher. I have found regular Pilates has been a great recovery aid following my two children and is also really helps me to unwind and switch off. Can’t speak highly enough of jeni and her team.

It's great to find a team so dedicated to fitness and well being. I have been using Jeni's studio for about 5 years with a break to have a baby. It's the only type of exercise I am genuinely excited to get to and the improvement to my back, posture and muscle too is incredible. Small class sizes mean you get maximum benefit from each move and sequence.

I've been attending rehabilitation Pilates with Sarah Lou for a few years now and I have to say that it is my weekly staple. It helps me keep supple and more flexible in a safe environment. We also have a bit of a giggle which also helps. Live, love love it and it deserves 5 stars. X

I teach dance full time so I wanted to find something for myself which would improve my core strength and relief from back and shoulder pain.

Each week we do something different and I leave feeling relaxed and super charged. My shoulder &back pain is improving immensely and it's so nice to have some time for myself.

I love coming to the studio, friendly warm professional people. My class is great always takes account of any issues niggles etc. And hey I've lost 5 cms off my waist so must be doing something right to firm up those muscles. Has also helped me with my granny care activities with a toddler. Brilliant place Lizx

I go to a Barre Pilate's class with Gina, it's challenging, but I absolutely love it and find it great for my posture and balance. Super fun with lovely, friendly ladies and a gorgeous instructor.

I cannot recommend Jeni Ferguson Pilates highly enough! A few years ago I was struggling daily with lower back pain, some days worse than others, but had accepted that this was just the way it was. I have five children and presumed this was the cause and that there was nothing I could do. I was so wrong! I tried a free taster session and have never looked back! From the first session there was improvement. It really wasn’t long before my lower back pain had disappeared completely! I still attend weekly classes and the pain has never returned. More than that tho, I’ve learned so much about how my body moves. I feel stronger and more aware of how I’m moving and how to move correctly. I’ve had a number of different teachers but all have been very attentive to all members of the class, ensuring everyone is moving to their own abilities and tailoring exercises to suit. It has been nothing short of life changing for me and I’m very grateful to Jeni and her team.

Highly recommended, I began attending after having neck/ upper back pain. I used to fear the pain returning but have had no issues since starting Pilates. I feel stronger and love the sessions.the instructors are so knowledgeable and welcoming .

Fabulous Pilates studio! Jeni and her team run great classes for all abilities, are really welcoming and supportive. Had my first session with Jeni after a car accident in 2011 and it made a huge difference. If I miss a few sessions the niggly aches and pains come back! Love my sessions!
