My next round of Orthopaedic Fitness Pilates classes are due to start next Thursday morning at the Darby Green Centre, and Friday morning at Frogmore Social Hall. These are courses with small numbers of people, for a personal touch! We also use the activation bands, the bands with handles and the balls. Not all at once though!!
