Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during the treatment.
The true ancient style of the massage requires that the massage be performed solo with just the practitioner and recipient.
The recipient will be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, that is also combined with deep static pressure point work, the recipients body is systematically compressed, pulled and stretched.
... The massage generally follows designated lines ("sen") in the body. The practitioner utilises hands, elbows, kneeโs legs and feet to conduct the treatment.

Kids yoga class will include stories to help them learn about yoga with breathing exercises to strengthen and energize the body, and so naturally reduce stress and help to focus the mind. It is an opportunity to learn that yoga is non-competitive, and teaches children to accept and cherish themselves as they are. Yoga helps to support positive mental health i.e. to be positive and less likely to succumb to anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. Children are natural yogis and by practising yoga they will not only benefit, but they will enjoy it immensely

Learn how to incorporate different oils to help you with your daily practise. Essential oils compliment yoga beautifully and are able to help set the space, balance your emotions, help you to connect with your breath and move more deeply into your practice.
This make and take workshop will show you how to blend and use essential oils - you will be able to make your own roller blend and a spray to take it with you on the day.
The programme will include Yoga, Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Guided Meditation and Make and Take Essential Oils.
