Our stunning, new non smoking holiday home, on Devon Cliffs is a Willerby Salsa with large open plan lounge-dining area, two bedrooms, a large veranda with beautiful panoramic sea views, situated on ' Rowan Meadow', a quiet prime location of the park, just a few minutes walk from the park's own private "Blue Flag" beach, together with many fabulous cliff top walks, benefiting from the wonderful, breath taking views of the Jurassic Coast line.

The caravan is equipped to a very high standard. It is double glazed and has a gas combi boiler system, gas fire in the lounge and blow heaters in both the bedrooms; this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
We have a large gated veranda with Rattan patio dining furniture, a fully fitted modern kitchen, a dining area, large master bedroom with room for a cot and an en-suite, an attractive twin bedroom and a family bathroom with large shower unit, parking and a patio area alongside of the caravan
BOOKINGS. . .
Our bookings run from either Friday to Monday (long weekend), Monday to Friday(midweek) or 7, 10 and 14 night stays (or more)
A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking. The balance is due to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday, or at the time of booking if this is less than 8 weeks.
If the balance is not paid within the agreed time your booking will be cancelled.
We have a key safe in place, this is located on the caravan; the code will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
We also require a £100 security deposit, which will be returned once the caravan has been cleaned and inspected for stains, loss or damage . The key is returned to the key safe and the caravan is left tidy and free of rubbish.
We will supply your holiday caravan in perfect condition; we would appreciate it if, it is returned in the same condition.
Payments can be made by cheque, bankers draft, or direct bank transfer.
Check in time is any time after 3pm on day of arrival and check out by 10am the day you leave. You can still use the park's facilities all day on your arrival and check out day
Under the Parks rules No bookings can be accepted from:
a) groups of persons of all one sex�b) groups under 21yrs of age
Passes are not included in our rental price, but are available at an extra cost from Haven.
