Local to the Nottinghamshire centre and a dog owner? Do remember that we have our shower hire and field hire facilities available! 🛁
Shower hire costs £5 for half an hours use, and we provide the towels and shampoo! 🧼🧽
Field hire is also on offer! The first picture is our side field which is available to hire between 9am - 1pm, 7 days a week. The second picture is our bottom field which is available to hire between 1pm - 4.30pm, 7 days a week. The cost for the field hire is £...6 per half an hour, for a maximum of three dogs. Any extra dogs are charged at £1 per dog. The fields are secure and you get the time slot to yourself, perfect for dogs wanting a good run around without having to worry about any recall mishaps! 🙈

Looking for a new best friend? Well the Notts team have four gorgeous sighthounds to choose from! There must be one that has caught your eye! 😍
Introducing Chase (first picture, black and white, petite lurcher) - the smallest, and only a baby at 8 months old! He is pint sized, and the perfect cuddle companion! His favourite thing in the world is human friends :)
Next there's the wonderful Perry! (second photo, fawn and white, medium sized lurcher). Perry has come to us throug...h no fault of his own, and is a sensitive chappie. He needs a quiet, home away from the hustle and bustle. He is a pro at giving kisses 😜
Onto our only girlie, Miss Angel (third photo, black with white splash on chest, medium sized greyhound) - our little delight :) She has been retired from the race track at just 2yrs old, and is an easy going, laid back sweetheart. You can find her curled up in her bed most of the day, snoozing away!
Finally, Rory (fourth photo, black and white, large greyhound). Rory is a funny soul, loving his zooms and chasing his tennis ball. He always makes the Notts team smile with his goofy ways and has also been retired from the race track at 2yrs old. 🐾

Look at this happy little pair...
Oliie and Poppy have found themselves a wonderful new home and at the ripe old ages of 13 and 16 years old. Both needed extensive dental surgery which was potentially life threatening but we couldn't give up on them. Surgery was a success and just look at those happy faces now....

At our South Lincolnshire centre we are looking for people to help with site maintenance, from cutting back hedges, to sweeping paths and keeping our compounds clean and tidy so that our dogs can enjoy spending time in them.

You can really tell that the team at the Broughton branch are very caring and passionate about helping dogs. Both me and my partner have just adopted a dog recently from them and the process is so calming and understandable, they go through everything with you and make sure that both you like the dog and the dog likes you. So much love goes into these dogs it’s amazing!

We visited the East Yorkshire centre after seeing an appeal to home a dog called Billy on a friends facebook.

Emailed the centre and got a response very quickly and the arranged a visit to see him. The staff on arrival were welcoming, friendly and really helpful.

Through the adoption process the centre and its staff were absolutely brilliant.

They gave us all the help and information on Billy as well as the reassurance of future help as and when we or Billy needs it.

I can’t praise the efforts and hard work of the staff enough! They really care for the animals in their care and their continued happiness and wellbeing.

If you can offer a forever home to any of their occupants or even wish to donate time or money to any of their centres please please do, this is such a good organisation and deserves everyone’s support.

We visited Jerry Green. .Broughton 2 weeks ago. .we met "BARNEY "boarder terrier cross....the staff are great very knowledgeable and helpful extremely thourgh in their enquiries of suitability...it is clear they have the dogs best interests at heart..in a word " Dedication "the office and meeting area are lovely and clean, we were able to go for a walk with Barney around the field and have time with him in the "safe house "...their is.a very good well stocked shop..

The staff do follow up phone calls to see how things are going. ..we have had 2..really week are impressed have no hesitation in recommending

We have recently adopted a 5yr lurcher, Freddy. We already had a 1yr bullmastiff and so we was looking for a friend. I can say we was impressed with the whole process of the adoption and all the information given when we adopted Freddy. From our experience we could see everything Jerry greens does is in the best interest for the dogs and they do an amazing job! Freddy has settled in great, he has such a loving character. Perfect match!

We cannot praise the Jerry Green Team highly enough. They were recommended to us when we were looking to adopt a dog. After talking on the phone and then visiting the Centre at Mansfield, they 'matched' us to Wilf - the daftest and most gorgeous Springer Spaniel who completely runs rings around us. We are convinced that Wilf's excellent behaviour and conduct is down to the interim care and attention given at Jerry Greens and feel certain that we couldn't have had him, if they weren't satisfied with us and sure that Wilf was ready for leaving. We've had regular welfare calls to make sure that all is well and an open invitation to call them anytime if we have any concerns. Thank You to Claire and all at Jerry Greens for far exceeding our expectations - we're thrilled with everything. If you're looking to adopt a dog - look no further than visiting these lovely people and their lovely dogs.

We adopted benji a few weeks ago , he is a 4 year old Labrador, the process was easy and very friendly staff, he is the most perfect dog and we love him to bits, he settled in from the day he arrived, would definitely adopt in the future and give one of your dogs a home !

We adopted a cocker spaniel puppy called Leo from the Nottinghamshire branch last month and have been so pleased with the service we received. They were very kind when we took our older dog to meet Leo and fitted him for a harness which has massively improved his behaviour on lead. They gave us some of Leo’s blankets and toys from his foster home to help him settle with us and kept in regular contact to make sure Leo is settling in ok. They have offered help and assistance at every step of the process and have made it all go really smoothly for us.

The best kennels around in my opinion Zoe and Katie have looked after my baby like she was there own 5* is not enough would highly recommend them and will be back there for kitty’s next holiday

Started using Jerry Greens Boarding this year. They are amazing. So attentive and caring to each and every individual dogs needs and nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are very very friendly and helpful. Kennels are spotless and our fur baby comes home very contented A****

My family can not thank Jerry's green enough, they help rehome our dog Mowgli, nothing was to much trouble for them and kept us informed about his well being, and let us know when he found a new family and that he had settled in well, so if any one needs to rehome there dog I would highly recommend them, my dog was only with them for 2 weeks

Me and my husband have been looking for dogs for a while and we were going to buy. Then we thought let’s go see what Jerry Green have. In our first visit we filled out our form and was matched with Trigger! It was love at first site. We have fostered him for a week with the hope to adopt next week. Thank you so much to the team for matching us with such a crazy, beautiful and loveable dog who makes us a full and happy family!

Just collected my two boys from 5 nights boarding at N Lincs Jerry Greens .

They were clearly very happy whilst there and for the first time whilst away from us my little one did not go on hunger strike ! I received text updates with photos whilst I was away ( I know it was only 5 nights but I stress when they are not with me ) .

The staff are clearly there because they love dogs but are also very knowledgeable and experienced. I loved the option of my boys having snuggle time in the family room, and although did not use it this time , in future I will book for their trims to be done before coming home .

Next time I have to leave them I will be much happier knowing they are being so well looked after and will not use any other boarding kennels from now.

Excellent care and the money all goes towards looking after the rescue dogs - I would recommend to anyone who has dogs as part of their family. Many thanks to Alex and Zoe .

Just been to take our 2 dogs to play in the secure paddock, they both had an amazing time running free, and Rosie playing in the paddling pool. What a lovely place and even more lovely people that work there you do such an amazing job. Thanks once again from us all and see you again soon x

I volunteered here for the day, I was so pleased to see how well taken care of the dogs are, how loving and caring all the staff and other volunteers are. If you ever get the opportunity to help out here, I definitely recommend getting in touch. So glad I got to help out and even spend some quality time with lots of the dogs too! I have recently adopted my wonderful Reggie from the amazing North Lincolnshire branch. The experience has been nothing but positive and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Thank you so much for uniting us together, we cannot imagine life without each other now!

I got my wonderful Tammy dog from Halesworth in 2003 - she passed away on Wednesday and I couldn't have asked for a better companion - she made every day amazing. I miss her incredibly right now, but in time I will find another dog and I will certainly be contacting Jerry Green again to do this! :)

I cannot describe how great I feel to have donated money to such an amazing dog rescue charity and all I can say really is thank you so much for helping me find “willow” 4 month old collie cross! I will definitely be donating more in the future because I know you care for all of your dogs so much!

I adopted Flash, a cross terrier. The staff had done an amazing job with his training including with his muzzle. The process of adoption was managed perfect with several visits followed by home visits to make sure I was suitable for Flash.

I now have a fun loving little dig who now has his forever home.

After enquiring about a dog at the Broughton branch we were advised that she has already found a home so we filled in a form about what we would like in a dog and kept looking.

A week later we received a call about a puppy that had just come in. We went to see the little fella and fell in love. Sadly he was very anxious about being in kennels so we arranged to collect him the next day. As we told our daughters we were taking him the next day the happy tears began and the wonderful staff knew we were the right family for Duke ( then Remus) and said if we could fill in all paperwork we could take him there and then!! Amazing!!

The after support has been fantastic, regular phone calls/emails as well as us taking Duke back for visits.

The staff at Jerry Greens are true animal lovers with dedications to finding the right people for each individual dog. We can't thank them enough for what they do. ���
