Visited the salon today and had two fantastic treatments , Reflexology and back massage . Was made very welcome by the lovely reception staff . Left feeling totally chilled and relaxed , thank you so much Sam , you did a great job !

Beautiful surroundings and atmosphere everything was perfect . Fantastic attention to detail . They also have a gorgeous gift shop to browse around and I couldn't leave without picking up a few treats !

Six of us visited Jesmond beauty clinic for a pamper party yesterday and it was fantastic! We all had a variety of treatments which were great and the staff were so friendly and so well organised . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a pamper party for a special occasion or just a get together with the girls. I will definately be back soon to try some other treatments.

Literally the only place I’ll go for beauty treatments! A little out the way for me since I live in Whitley bay but it’s worth it. Staff are always friendly and the treatments are fantastic.

John Neal came to visit me and my family at our home to test us for food intolerances..mineral deficiences and airborne allergens. From first meeting John from the train I felt I knew him already. It was the most fun and informative day. John is very smart, professional and a mind of information on his areas of expertise and immediately shone alot of light on health and diet issues my family had. . . And just how to best take care of ourselves. I have always wanted to give myself this gift and for piece of mind knowing my family are receiving the health they need for a long and happy life...I would recommend John to anyone in a heartbeat...Thank you x �

It has to be one of the best beauty clinics I've visited - spacious rooms, beautiful environment and amazing staff. Had a wonderful combination treatment which was worth every penny. To top it all very well priced. Definately worth a visit.

I've visited JBC several times now and I've always had an excellent experience. I've only ever had massages, and these have all been given by different members of staff, but each one was excellent and just what was required. The rooms are very well appointed and the atmosphere is very relaxed, from walking in the door and being greeted at reception it's an experience I'd highly recommend.

I've always hated my eyebrows and had a bad threading experience 7 years ago (at a different salon) which ruined what little hair I had left there. I started going to JBC about 6 months ago. The salon have always been very accommodating with appointments, very friendly and Justine, who I see, has always been fantastic. I took her advice about how best to grow them out and today had them tinted and shaped. I'm over the moon with how they look. Would highly recommend JBC and Justine to everyone!

I love having regular treatments with Sam. I never fail to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Sam always offers honest advice about the best way forward for my skin and as one of her clients, I feel that she offers a professional but caring service.

I have always felt very well looked after and refreshed after my treatments. The environment is very relaxing and always beautifully organised! I always book with a girl called Hayley who is absolutely fantastic. This review is for her really! She is an asset to JBC. Her attention to detail in all treatments is second to none and the care and attention she always gives makes every visit enjoyable and special. Her bubbly and friendly personality and absolute professionalism puts me at ease and makes all appointments a joy! I would definitely recommended JBC, and Hayley in particular, as I always come out feeling well looked after and pampered!

As an office worker, I like to treat myself to a back massage every few months & the hot stone massage at JBC is by far the best. Latest massage lasted around an hour covering back, calves, neck, arms & temples. So so relaxing and for the length of time £75 is good value. The staff from the manager, receptionists, therapists I have encountered have all been lovely. Will be back again early next year.

Amazing service from Hayley I was so nervous she was fast and nearly painless in my Hollywood wax and chatted the whole way through so she made me feel totally at ease. I rebooked straight away for my next apt you need to book with her if you need any waxing done!
