Jessica Hill Pilates Description
I started my love for pilates after finishing my Sports Therapy degree in 2013!
As i began work in my chosen field, i realized a common injury being lower back pain! So I began lower back pain classes for my clients to help them improve or mange their pain.
I then went on to get my Pilates certificates with APPI. Where i now offer 1: 1, 2;1, home pilates, clinical classes and beginner to intermediate classes!
