I'm off to talk on the radio this morning about the rising cost of weddings - a hot topic in the press at the moment and something the lovely Annabel at @lovemydress has been bravely raising more awareness around from the perspective of the industry artists and professionals working so hard behind the scenes. Time to put some perspective on prices! Hopefully I'll also be able to pick up on the recent @countrylifemagazine article about scaling back on triviality and focusing more on sincerity - for me it's a balance. There is absolutely no harm in having fun!

Simplicity is the key note of true elegance. This image was styled by me for Studio Sorores as part of a branding and editorial shoot with Katie Julia and Natalie Horner - it's perfectly minimalist, but still lots of texture and depth. Beautiful.

Not final, but I couldn't resist sharing a tiny look at the tablescape. This was a brand styling shoot I curated and styled exclusively with my sister Westwood Design - Flowers & Styling last month for Katie Juliand her amazing mentoring workshop as part of her mentoring programme ICONIC for photographers.
I gotta say, it turned out pretty darn perfectly. 😍🌸💛

Blossom bouquets are the best. I'm also really loving the ribbon bow vs the long trailing ribbons that have been so popular lately. More tradish, without being boring.
