Jessica Tubbs Is a fully qualified Pilates Teacher, Barre Pilates Teacher, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Adviser. She teaches classes in Lyndhurst, Christchurch, Highcliffe & Coast Pilates in Lymington. Ones to ones are held from Christchurch or Lymington studio or can be from clients own home. Pilates is designed to keep the body strong and flexible avoiding future injuries, aches & pains.
Sports massage, football coaching & personal training also available with Matt Tubbs, holding over 17 years of experience within the sports industry.
