From October 2018 we will have Black Nova Designs working from one of our rooms! Black Nova helped install the public Wifi a while ago and have worked closely with us ever since.
These guys offer IT support, PC, Mac and laptop repair as well as website hosting and designs.
... We can not recommend them more highly for their professionalism and knowledge. We are really looking forward to working together and building our business together.

With play over three levels, your kids can explore, play and make new friends in total safety whilst you relax in our comfortable seating area.
Zoned play areas add to the adventure. Kid’s can test the ball shower and volcano in the Ball Zone, play football or basket ball in the Sports Zone, face the obstacle course within the Junior or Toddler Zones and take to wheels on the ride on toys. Babies are also catered for, with soft play mats for rolling and toys for early development.

Advanced Notice of one day closure (Saturday)

Very helpful staff and manager when it came to signing up for the annual membership. Lovely and clean and great value food. Would highly recommend for grown ups and little ones alike �

Myself and my 9 year old travelled from Bristol via Malmsbury to collect my 18 month old nephew ... they both really enjoyed it , no queues , food didn't take long , clean tables , friendly staff ( even if they were young) they have to start somewhere ! Had a great couple of hours and will visit again in the near future...the only fault I do have was adults paying a £1 to enter ... and price going up in child's age £11.50 For the 3 of us .

My Son absolutely loves it here, can be there for hours. Plenty of tables for parents, good hot drinks and snacks, helpful friendly staff, and so nice having the facility so close to home:-) X

Just back from my daughter's birthday party. She's absolutely raving about how she had such a good time. Wonderful staff who took all the stress out of planning a party. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to host a birthday party!

This place is fantastic. The kids loved it and very clean. Down fall is the place is absolutely freezing inside. Needs some sort of heating as the kids hands were like ice to touch. Otherwise a brilliant place.

Lovely staff, clean tables, hardly any wait for food , really good value when it arrived, our grandchildren loved it , but I do think the young girls serving should have their hair tied back , and I personally think we shouldn't have to pay for adults . And I would like decaf tea, but these are only minor points as our daughter and friends plus our grandchildren love it we come from Bristol often and will be back thanks jesters xx

Fantastic party for my daughter's birthday! Couldn't fault the service. The only thing I think would need improvement on is there could of been more healthier food for the party food. The sweet stuff is great to have but nice to have some healthy food. There was only grapes and think maybe you could extend the fruit to apple slices and strawberries and even add in some cucumber and carrot sticks along with cherry tomatoes. But apart from that it was great!

The kids love it but it's very over priced we paid £15 for me my partner and 2 children and the food and drink cost the same

The children had a good time there and the food is very nice. Expensive for admission and to charge for adults is wrong in my opinion. I even had to pay for my disabled daughter to get in (she is 22). Adults buy coffee etc and so there is no need to charge a fee for admission and especially when it's so expensive for kids. We were very put off by the most awful smell which was circulating around the bottom table area, with the baby change facility, obviously the nappy bin needed emptying! Discusting smell which made us feel quite ill and leave early! More attention to the toilets in general needed!

Very disappointed that Jesters was closed yesterday after we checked online and it said it was open! We thought we’d take advantage of this nice weather and walk down, only to find out that you were closed! No warning anywhere!

The play area was dirty the staff didn't look happy the amount of food on a plate for a adults meal is disgusting and it's expensive will not be going here again

What a dive!! We normally take the kids to kids about in Swindon which is loads cheeper that £15.40 for two kids. I wouldn't mind paying that if the place was nice, we walked in to be hit by the smell of somewhere that hasn't been cleaned or bleached in ages absolutely discussing, no soap in the toilets and no toilet roll. Won't come back here again it's minging. Kids about in Swindon is nice with friendly staff and the cleanliness is brilliant. Even coral cove in devizes is nice.

Turning up at 4 after school for a play and try to order your children food at 4:50 to be told sorry the kitchen closed at 5. Not quite sure how that makes sense!

Toilets smelt, no loo roll and broken locks.... not ideal when open straight out on to the tables and play area.

No wonder there’s never any customers!

Really disappointed with yesterday's visit. Kids enjoyed playing but chaotic. Really long queues to purchase food or drinks. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for some very mediocre food to turn up. The chicken nuggets were really over cooked and the only reason I didn't send them back was the children were so hungry they didn't want me too. All the tables really messy with no one clearing up. At one point a member of staff holding a plate of food made me recite my whole order including drinks before telling me the food wasn't ours and "this is a disaster". Clearly no system in place to know who has ordered and paid for what food. Cost £5 more than my usual soft play to enter and I really dislike adults having to pay to enter soft plays. Won't be returning here.

Must say the staff were nice. And thats the only good thing i can say, at 10am on a bank holiday Monday just opened Jesters was Disgusting dirty food stuffs still on the table's and floor the table's were sticky the floor was Disgusting the hole place had a strong smell of urine.



Who ever ownes Jesters got the name spot on as the place is a joke.



You should be ashamed

Im extremely disappointed in jesters! My son and nephew had to go with out a meal due to the kitchen staff not liking my sister ( my sister had taken the boys there as a treat) . My sister had ordered and paid for the food, to then have a member of staff tell her, that because of the kitchen staff having a issue with my her , she would not cook the order. The food was for my son and nephew not my sister. My sister did get the money back ( the least they could of done ) . I tried to phone to speak to the manager to explain that I was very unhappy with what happened and how unprofessional some staff are, but unfortunately the manager was not there. I was told I would get a phone call back but have not had one yet. I will not be going there again , and I believe that this individual needs a lesson in customer service and manners.

I wasn't the only person there today who was a bit shocked by the price. A table of women were saying they wouldn't be returning and were really surprised by the cost. I paid just under £10 for my 8 month old and 2 year old. We had a nice time but it definitely wasn't worth that much. Online it says the 8 month old should have been free but this discount wasn't applied today for some reason. If prices have changed then the website should be updated. There are so many, much nicer activities we could have done for that price. I've never had a problem with the cost so I don't get why it was quite so much today. We'll be back again if I decide to sacrifice a kidney to pay the entrance fee 😊

Great place for kids to play but 1 hr 15 min wait for food unacceptable, especially when we were told it would only be half an hour! No warning from staff that the wait had increased and told that it was against their policy to offer a complimentary drink �

Can't believe how expensive it is, £6.20 for a 3yr old!

The equipment doesn't work (ball tubes) the whole place is dirty, I dread to think the last time they used a hoover in that place! there's food and packets everywhere not to mention the dust and clumps of hair and crumbs everywhere within the soft play areas! I'm not entirely sure what the staff get paid to do but they certainly don't clean! They're not exactly rushed off their feet with customers!

I asked if I could have some money back to be told I'd have to return sometime after 2pm to speak to a supervisor!

I won't be returning to Jesters, I'd much rather pay a bit extra in fuel and go further afield!

I've only given a 1star rating as I didn't have the option to give 0stars!!
