The sim has been out of the 'air' for a couple of days during this time we have carried out a couple of upgrades and some planned maintenance. Its now lined up and ready for take off!
Our phone was recently upgraded and we still haven't managed to get divert working for when we are unable to answer it. Please bear with us.
The best way to make contact with us is via jetsimulatoruk@gmail.com to book your visit or for all general enquiries.
An old friend of mine sent me a link to this page. A brief but thought provoking read:

Unfortunately there is a problem again with the network where the simulator lives.
So the website is down until this is resolved hopefully very soon. In the meantime please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and please message in here with any queries.
Just a notice for all our customers, the sim will be closed this weekend due to building maintenance. This means no phones or website.
Sorry for this.
Once again it looks like we will be without power tonight so the website will be off until tomorrow. Sorry for any problems this may cause.
This is turning out to be a bit of a disastrous month with the electricity supply to the building. A contractor in the factory next door has dug through the gas mains so the building has been evacuated and all the electricity has been turned off.
The power is going to be off all bank holiday weekend anyhow for scheduled maintenance to the electricity supply.
... This means our website is also offline.
Please accept our sincere apologies.

Unfortunately due to a lack of power to some of our servers our website is down. Hopefully normal service will be resumed soon.
URGENT NOTICE!
We have just been told that the essential maintenance work that was due to be carried out during two weekends in May has been changed to the last two weekends in May. This work includes there being no electricity to the building at all during the following dates: 19th - 21st May and also 26th - 29th May.
... Unfortunately this is going to affect our program. We haven't been able to contact all of our bookings to let them know of the interruptions so if you are booked in on these dates please call us to reschedule.
We are very sorry for this disappointing news but unfortunately this is entirely beyond our control.
