What a great bar . Had been to The Waldorf for cream tea and the service was rubbish then went into Jewel . Staff on door were lovely . Told we can sit anywhere that is reserved as long as we vacate table when they turn up . This was great as table was not booked out till late . Staff were so nice and very attentive . Had some food which was good to and music was great . The manager , Made us all feel very special . Will defiantly visit again, next time in Piccadilly

We had a fantastic time at Jewel on Saturday! I had booked a table and drinks package for my sister-in-law’s hen party and we all had a brilliant night. The table was ready when we arrived and the staff were so friendly throughout the evening. They brought us our drinks as soon as we arrived and were very attentive throughout, bringing us water refills regularly. The atmosphere was great and music was spot on! Thank you!

We came for a cocktail making class for my hen do on Saturday and we all had the most amazing time. Stefano our host was from start to finish, patient, and energetic. The overall experience was fantastic, we had our own private area upstairs and the nibbles were way better than we ever expected. We thought maybe we would get some crisps and nuts instead we had wedges, nachos, garlic bread and sweet potato fries. �

My friends and I went there for lunch on Saturday before going to see a show at Piccadilly Theatre so it was an ideal location. The bar and restaurant are decorated beautifully and certainly has the wow factor when you step inside! The food was great as were the cocktails, the staff were friendly and the service was quick but without feeling rushed! We had a great time! Definitely one I will be visiting again when I'm in the area! Thank you! �

LOVE Jewel! Came last weekend for a Hen Night. So much fun! We reserved an area so were greeted at the door and had our pre-ordered drinks waiting for us. The food was good. The music was the best!! Had a great night dancing away and drinking cocktails.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday and we all had great evening. Even thou we were late, my table which I have reserved still was held for me. The girl who was looking after our table was really nice, friendly and always made sure we are ok. Some of the girls wearing red dresses and doing the same role should learn something from our hostess and they should stop being arrogant and snobby. This is only one criticisms, however we had great evening! 😁

Booked the Boutique room here for my 30th birthday party and had a great time. The team were incredibly accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed - including a laptop with wifi (which I could play my Spotify playlist through) and a microphone and projector for karaoke etc! We only wish we could have stayed longer. A really wonderful night had by all :)

Went to a retirement do in the room upstairs. Drinks v expensive - £5.45 for a bottle of beer! Single barman was well overworked - there should have been at least two. Room very hot, couldn’t open windows and no aircon. Great for a do ..... in the winter!

Well, I did not like at all to pay the entrance fee!!!! This is weird in a place where the cocktails are already over priced. And the girl at the door, once asked it to us, was pushing us to decide fast (in or out) as outside she had a queque!!!! None was on line outside!!!! As a traveller I can say that it happened already in other big cities but the first cocktail is normally included though!! Not in Jewel!!!

Btw, all the rest was good. Really nice and kind bar tender (they guy with moustache), good music, nice atmospheare :))

We enjoyed our drinks but we did not find any real reason to come back... It’s enough to improve it a bit to let it be a really nice place ;)

Went there yesterday afternoon for a cocktail with my sister, went to the bar and ordered our drinks, then I presume she was a manager came up to the bar man and said repeatedly to him not to use the bar before then saying to me "can use you the other bar as this one is closed as the drains are blocked" no please, no thank you, just pointed to the back. So I walked round and stood at the other bar, the 2 people behind were both serving already. Then the man looked at me and said "come round here" to his side of the bar, why couldn't he come to me, I was standing at a free point at the bar. Anyway, ordered my drinks, he barely even looked at me, made the drinks, served them in dirty glasses that hadn't been polished and had just dried out the glass wash and when I was drinking from the glass I realized it was chipped. He made the cocktails and when he poured them into the glass, he did so so aggressively it came out the other side and went all over the bar, his way of resolving it? Topping up the prosecco!! He barked the amount at me, I paid by card and he then started serving someone else so I had to ask for my receipt. Never had such awful service, we just drank our drinks and left as couldn't get anyone's attention to complain. Don't go there if you want good customer service.

I went for a workplace Christmas Party which was held in the boutique room. There was no cloak room for coats we had to leave our coats lying around on the furniture. My coat got left behind at the end of the night and the following day when I called the club they claim that my coat was not there. The room was only used by my work colleagues so a member of staff surely must have picked up my coat and knows where it is? The customer service I received from the sales manager Victoria was shocking to say the least! She was extremely unhelpful and had a very bad attitude towards my situation. Furthermore there were only two toilets available for the ladies where one toilet was broken and out of use whilst the other one had a broken door and would not lock. This place does not look as nice as in the pictures in my opinion it looked very tired and run down. There was a cocktail happy hour where you get two for one on all cocktails however these cocktails were heavily watered down. I would not step foot in this establishment again not for any event and highly recommend that you try somewhere else to avoid disappointment.
