Just saw someone rated one star for no reason and felt a little bad :/

DO NOT BUY YOUR KITCHEN FROM HERE!! I have spent over 2 months without a kitchen due to the fact the showroom manger, against company regulations, recommended terrible fitters and an unauthorised worktop company. The fitters were lazy, workshy and slow and eventually walked off the job. The worktop company were incapable and incompetent - they made 3 incorrect worktops and then a fourth had to be made by a different company. 8 weeks after the simple fitting the worktop was eventually installed but due to the fact the useless fitters (who came with glowing recommendations!!!) walked off the job the kitchen is still unfinished. The manager of the flitwick branch promised me he would find alternative fitters for me in this scenario and has now reneged on his promise and is denying ever having said this so I have been left high and dry. It has been escalated to CEO level due to the branch's disregard for company policy but even he has been dismissive and unhelpful. Whatever you do DO NOT buy your kitchen from this provide - do not be seduced by the seemingly charming kitchen showroom manager. A terrible customer experience.
