Teresa at Godalming was initially very helpful and came up with some good ideas to make the kitchen as efficient as possible. The quality of kitchen was excellent and a great price to match. However unfortunately the aftercare service was poor to say the least. Once you had been sold the kitchen it was virtually impossible to get hold of Teresa to speak to. Jewsons will not accept returns which is unheard off! My kitchen fitter couldn't believe it!!! A few items were missing and I was then charged £6.30 for 4 knobs that were missing from the order and so had to pay twice. Trying to get hold of Teresa to discuss was impossible! Such a shame as put off a lot of people I had recommended using Jewsons using them!
