⚠️ Carried out a quotation today for a new boiler, as you can see the flue is terminating into the extension with some plastic drain pipe over it and if you look carefully you’ll see a large hole in the floor which is above the kitchen. The boiler was still in use and the father told me it would be ok as it was a well ventilated area. This has now been turned off and isolated from the gas supply. Didn’t get the job but managed to prevent a fatality of a young family. ⚠️

Woke up this morning to a leaking pipe and my rental agency called yourselves in. Not only was your engineer polite and friendly, but he also diagnosed the issue and fixed it same day!

Very reliable, professional and have a great friendly workforce. Highly recommended.

Used Janson's for the 1st.time this week - I have had the system fail each autumn for the last five years and each time used a different contractor - this time I was recomended to use Janson's - WHAT A DIFFERENCE - the pump was re-intalled, the system refiiled and for an hour, the system bled AND it all worked perfectly, including two radiators which havn't worked for many years.

THANKYOU - I will recommend you as the BEST.....

Once again 10/10 service for JGS. Just want to thank you for attending to my mum's house so quickly and getting her boiler working again.

Excellent standard of work. removed old gas fire and fitted a new one. Very tidy and polite. The engineer arrived as arranged, did a professional job and the price was as quoted. Would use again.

Excellent service, very pleased with the 3 times we've now used this company for plumbing services. The people are professional and the work cannot be faulted, definitely recommend you to others, in fact I have done already! :-)

Brilliant proffensional service.. had a new boiler installation.. no problem whatsoever with the installation and they even clean up afterwards boiler comes with 10 year warranty and backed up by 2 years workmanship warranty ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED And reasonable prices to. Cheers guys
