The agency was started by James Ickringill & partners back in the early nineties, and in that time has established itself as one of the leading Agencies within the area. More recently the running of the agency has been taken over by Steven Gardner, whom was a former employee of the firm.
Steven has over 17 years experience of the Bradford Property Market and is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He prides himself on a focused, professional and ethical hands on approach to the marketing of property, with a commitment now rarely seen.
