This family business is the best in town. They are friendly, helpful, and just selfless to the point there isnt enough they can do for you. They dont work on a commissions either so there is no hard sell. Dont push ypu towards anything its all your own choice. If they can do it cheaper they show you how. Fantastic business and i wouldnt go anywhere else. EVER!

My partner and I were looking for a very specific carpet for what felt like a lifetime. We were looking beige/cream checked carpet for our stairs and landing. Looked on the jim youngmans Facebook page and seen exactly what we wanted so we went down for a look. We were greeted by a very polite and friendly group of people in the shop and were made to feel very welcome upon arrival, the staff were very helpful with all of our questions and we had a man come out to measure up for what we needed. There wasn‚Äôt enough of the carpet in the shop for what we needed so the team got in touch with the supplier and managed to get hold of an extra piece. They even kept hold of the carpet for us as we weren‚Äôt quite ready for it at the time (decorating). We were given a list of fitters and we chose ‚Äėbiffa and niffy‚Äô to fit the carpet and they have done a fantastic job. Couldn‚Äôt recommend jim youngmans enough and we‚Äôll be back very shortly!

After having trouble with my kitchen vinyl due to no fault of Jim's, I went in to the shop to explain. Jim and the girls at the shop fully explained what had happened and couldn't be more helpful. Absolutely delighted with both of my carpets from here . We bought a lovely thick fluffy one for our baby’s nursery and our stairs carpet . Best prices around here when we shopped around for sizes we needed for a lot better quality than what the big chain stores were giving .
