Iv had to give up smoking due to health issues, came into jimbos and was greeted with a happy face and was made to feel very welcome. Jimmy went through all my options and a lot of flavours I am very indecisive but was never rushed and was talked through everything with me and how to use the vape. I am more than happy with my product and would highly recommend jimbos not only for the product for for the service as well. Great value for money.

Firstly,I live in Glasgow,so I've not had the pleasure of visiting the actual shop. However,I was the lucky winner of there awesome giveaway. I won the Smok tvf8 Cloud Beast tank. The customer service and communication from these guys is OUTSTANDING! From the minute I won they were in constant contact, providing me information on when they were posting the prize,providing pictures of the tank and it boxed and ready to ship! As I had not purchased the tank I was amazed at this attention to detail. One can only imagine the level of service paying customers get lol..From winning the comp to I had it I'm my hands took a grand total of 36 hrs!! OUTSTANDING!!!! I thoroughly recommend them to all and,I for one,will be using them again. This time as a paying customer!
