What a great day!! Well worth the money. Kids loved the den building and so did the adults lol. We ate at the field kitchen and service was great and not too busy. Animals very well cared for and impressed with the sign language signs around the park. All in all a great day will definitely be returning. Thankyou to Jimmy and his staff.

User

We love this place.. we’ve been visiting regularly and our children ( 11 and 6) always want to go back. Love den buildings and bouncy pillow.. always a great day out. Restaurant food is delicious and so is a field kitchen if you just fancy a hot dog and chips. Lovely friendly ladies in Joules shop; if weather not great we visit the art shop ( sorry forgot the name ?).

Farm shop is worth a visit too, fantastic place all around.

User

We had a lovely afternoon! Lots to see, the mix of animals was good and our children loved the park and sand pit area. The butterfly house was almost empty but we understand it had only just opened for the season. My friend and I enjoyed pottering around the shops and the butchery was really interesting, lots of local produce and we met the head butcher who talked us through what he was doing. All in all, a lovely day out which we would recommend

User

Took my 8 month old and 3 year old today and we all absolutely loved it, seeing a variety of animals aswell as being able to feed them was alot of fun. The staff where also very friendly and it really made it a very enjoyable and relaxed day, a farm we will definitely return to. Thankyou Jimmys Farm

User

It's amazing every time we go we love the bouncy pillow, sand and playground and the den building is always a favourite, we always fish with Dolly. Our new experience today was the crocodiles which my daughter loved. The staff as always were amazing nothing is ever too much trouble. Today my daughter made slime at Wild Raspberry it's fantastic to have other activities as well as the main farm. If I had to say one improvement it would be more shaded places to sit near the main play area. We have been going for years on annual pass and it never gets boring! We will be back as always we love it here.

User

Had a fabulous day at Jimmy's Farm. All the staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Our close encounter with Teddy the Tapir was a dream come true. His keeper Jack was excellent....very knowledgable and clearly has a close bond with Teddy which was lovely to see. Really enjoyed seeing all the animals and the zebra finches were a particular highlight. The whole farm has a friendly and relaxed feeling. Thank you all for such a memorable day.

User

Great day out with my grandchildren. Nice mix of animals, well looked after. Loved the ring tailed coati, staff very knowledgeable. Children play area great and enjoyed the woodland walk and den building. Liked the sign language signs and the autism signs. Shops and restaurant are excellent. Been to Jimmy’s twice and will definitely go again.

User

Came with my grandchildren today and loved it

Plz plz plz say Thank you to the young man who was giving teddy the tapier his lunch today, he was fantastic when the kids bombarded him with a million questions about teddy, very friendly and really great to see somone who loved his job

We didn't use the restaurant as we found it not enjoyable last time so we brought a picnic this time, only improvement I could think of was maybe make some shaded areas as we couldn't find anywhere to get out of the sun to feed the baby

Xx

User

Another great festival. Our 4th year and loved it again. Camping was great fun, with a nice atmosphere and good band on the Friday night. Plenty for the kids to do, great choice of food & drink (with no queues). Just a great atmosphere. Thanks again for another great weekend. Looking forward to finding out the line up for next year! x

User

A lovely day out. My 17 month old really enjoyed himself. Not too big, not too small and a nice variety of animals with plenty of hand wash facilities. The restaurant food was delicious and the setting was stunning. Nice to have a little shop in Joules too!

User

Wow its certainly different from the first time we went years ago. Lots of things to see and do. Only thing that lets it down is the Restaurant. Why it has to be quite so a posh menu when its mainly Adults (Mums with kids) visiting. I know there was a burger/sausage barn and lots take a packed lunch with them as we did. We only did this because you dont do this option. Only possibly on your lighter bites menu which isnt available over lunchtime? We also have to go to the bar to order food if sitting outside. No toy/gift shop either for younger members...

User

This place has certainly improved to when last visited. And We thought it was fantastic to see that they now have sign language signs on some of the animals. Which helps in many ways. Also great that they have many different species of animals away from the usual farm animals. The only let down was the restaurant. Even though are needs were met for a quiet table. it took over 30mins to have our order taken. Only to find out we couldn't have what we had chosen as it was later and we were informed that the menu should have been the light bites menu rather than the full menu. So we couldn't really get any hot food.

This is the reason I dropped one star.

As the farm is a real nice place. It certainly won't deter us from visiting the farm again.

User

Had a nice day out here today our first time, we had lunch in the restaurant which was really lovely! We brought some sausages and bacon from the butchers, all the meats looked so nice! We enjoyed looking around the farm with our 3 year old and was surprised how many animals you have. They all looked very well looked after. The bouncy pillow was very popular although it had from age 2 year olds to giant teenagers, I thought it was a little dangerous! Maybe an age limit would be a good idea (I didn’t notice a sign) All in all a nice day out, I would visit again but being an hours drive it’s somewhere I would go maybe once a year.

User

Not overly wowed by it. The animals have good enclosures and appear to be very well looked after as they are active and happy bouncy. BUT it would be nice if something could be done about the big mud patches... Gravel maybe just to solidify it a bit so it can be walked over easier. We went around the shopping bit and well..... Clarks of Walsham... A £51 TOY plastic flimsy tractor is ridiculous. I was hoping that there would be some kind of gift shop for us who dont warant that amount of money but wish to give our children something to remember the day. The restaurant was very busy. We were seen to quickly but there was nowhere to leave our pushchairs and not allowed to take it through. The food was not worth the money they ask for as it was mediocre, the fish has no taste. Partners burger was okay though. We doubt we will be going again.

User

Ive been to jimmys farm before but was quite disappointed this time. Some of the play equipment is broken and potentially quite dangerous. There weren't many staff around and no-one monitoring the number of people on the bouncy pillow. In the butterfly house, small children were picking up butterflies from the feed stations and dropping them on the floor to be trodden on. No staff around to stop this. Needs to have more signs etc. The guy who does the fishing was getting quite agitated at the number of people coming by, perhaps he needs a sign he can use so he can more easily take a break? All in all, a slightly disappointing and expensive day out!

User

Hi first time i have been here i heard such great things about the farm so decided to have a family day out here and see what all the fuss is about and i can say i am not sure what its all about i think its over priced in every department and i booked for the easter bunny and must say for £10 i expect something a bit better than a very small cheaply made bunny teddy that probably costs about £2 and a very small easter egg that if you blinked you missed it also the butterfly house was a waste of time 1 butterfly in the whole of it very disappointed and the bit where you come out of the den building bit with all the chairs was falling apart sheds look derelict and scruffy shame so much land but not alot on it other farms alot better for the same price come on jimmy sort it out you shouldnt need a morgage for a average day out

User

People should respect the lives of animals, they all have the right to live as much as we do, pigs are more intelligent than 3 year old humans and dogs but there would be uproar if we treated dogs the way we treat some animals, we should be promoting ethical healthy, the meat free sausages, chicken etc market is booming, cutting up animals is mental.
