We are a traditional family business in the small east Cheshire town of Bollington. We take immense pride in sourcing only the very best local produce from our own and neighbouring Cheshire, Derbyshire, and Staffordshire farms.

Our company was founded one hundred years ago by Jonathan James Jackson Heathcote. We have appeared in the Guardian's Good Food Guide, the UKTV Food Channel guide, and Rick Stein's Food Heroes.

We have two shops, both in Bollington, including the original shop on Palmerston Street and the other one on Wellington Road.
