WHERE IT BEGAN. . .

After Jamie's stay at La Iguana Chocolate in 2014 he was inspired by the family's passionate hands on approach to fine organic cocoa farming. They have always and continue to use traditional methods when it comes to growing, harvesting, fermenting, drying, roasting and finally peeling their cocoa beans.

Jamie's luxurious chocolates and truffles are crafted using single origin coverture chocolate and single origin cocoa beans. We still work closely with the La Iguana family who live in a small village of Mastatal in the mountains of Costa Rica.

Our policy is simple. We only use fine ingredients and specially select our beans and couveture from other passionate chocolate makers or farmers.
