I firmly believe that an open, honest and strong relationship is a key foundation when looking to develop trust and subsequent success where a consultative relationship is being built - this would always be my initial aim when engaging with a potential client. I strongly believe that the main stakeholders within any business, whether large or small, need to truly understand why a business does what it does, what the business is looking to achieve, and how it will achieve it. This is especially so in the online space - which is understandably quite tough for lots of businesses given the relative infancy of 'online'​ and therefore the obvious lack of knowledge and 'how to'​ in these areas for many businesses . . . . you don't know what you don't know, right ?I have worked in e-commerce, direct marketing, and digital marketing sectors since 2004 for a number of small and large businesses.
