So with a heavy heart, I am letting go of JM Holistic Therapies, and closing down. A decision that has not been easy to make but is a necessary one for myself and my family.

Look out for elderly, small children and those vulnerable of becoming dehydrated quickly.
... Keep dogs/pets cool by offering them plenty of water and avoiding walks at peak times throughout the day, a body temperature increase of 2 degrees can put them at risk of heat stroke. Do not close in a small confined space or leave in a car!
