As you may be aware JMW is representing over 5,500 employees of Morrisons in this case. The trial has now reached the Court of Appeal, we will bring you any updates as they happen over the course of the week. In the meantime you can read more from Nick McAleenan in the news today.

I have dealt with Hojol Uddin now over a period of 3/4years and found him extraordinarily helpful with advice on the telephone and face to face with consultations - my problems as a 70 + year old driver have related to the d v l a and visual field and acuity issues raised by them after principally being sent to specsavers and previously ollowing Hojol's advice initially got a 1 year group 1 licence and just very recently after a further revocation by the d v l a taking Hojol's advice have just had 3 year licence issued after a reapplication supported by Hojol

He has at all times been very approachable and supportive and I would ho hesitation in reccomending him

Our developers and our estate agents have said that she was a pleasure to work with. Her support has been invaluable! Thank You to her :)

Good value in general but if they kept in touch or returned phone calls, and didnŌĆÖt loose sight of customer service then it would be much better.



These are the things that so many companies loose sight of, and while they seem to be doing well, they could be doing so much better from referrals if they improve customer service.



Good that itŌĆÖs a big practice and if they have holidays the process doesnŌĆÖt stop, but that means nobody takes ownership of customer service.

Your company is a joke.. Awful service so far. Bad communication and nothing but unclear emails one after the other. Youve left most Ex City Link workers confused and outraged. Telling us to not email you? What an earth are we paying you to do then when you cant even email individuals back. Pfft - Wish i never allowed you to take over my claim .. Waste of time

You have to nag to get them to do anything, when they do it's usually wrong, and they are so painful slow to do the one thing they're paid (too much) to do. NEVER EVER USE THEM.
