Always amazes me their prices !!! No concessions for anyone of any age or circumstances. I was charged £26 on top for putting my hair put 'up' person beside me was longer having her hair finished with straightners. Also £20 on top for a five minute trim.

Excellent salon, so very professional. TJs work is always exceptional. Jamie Lee on the reception is always very helpful and curtious. I'm just thankful we have this salon in Lancaster!

Extreamly bad. Thy damaged my hair more than before and I didn't get what I want. I mean, particularly, Losi!
Further, they are expensive!

Always loved this salon and is a friendly place.
Only the male barbers in the Men's Room appear friendly.
The place appears popular with constant stream of customers using the sit & wait cut system.
Pity the shop is pretty small & crowded with little room for those waiting.
The premises is otherwise vast & would be amazing if more room was allocated to the Men's Room.
Refreshments are a lovely gesture.
It would be great to see the men's room expand with a larger waiting room.

Pleasant staff (and owners) who try to please. This they do most of the time and I leave the salon satisfied. However, over recent months the Jo & Cass experience has been slipping somewhat. It's difficult to put ones finger on why this might be other than each appointment now feels very rushed. It's not unusual for two or three different girls to attend to ones hair, each taking over from the other as they run out of time before their next client comes in. One will wash the hair, the second will colour and the third will blow dry. On a couple of occasions, again because they've run out of time, I've even had two girls colouring and blow drying my hair at the same time, one on each side of me. Most uncomfortable. Not at all relaxing. At over a £100 per salon visit, I expect better. I really do hope this rushed fragmented service is a temporary phase they're going through. If not, I'll explore the possibility of taking my custom elsewhere. Hair and beauty treatments don't come cheap and I'd like to leave the salon feeling that I've had much pleasure in return for parting with my hard earned money. For the past few visits, I can't say I have.

Clearly inexperienced at cutting short styles for ladies, felt rushed and finished product is average at best. Won't be going again, not worth the money.
