Our gorgeous Wodan owned by Karen Wright finished 7th in the PSG GOLD Regionals on 67.4% with 2nd place being in 68.4%! Have so much love for this horse, so nearly there if only we hadn't have had a blip on our last centre line. Have wanted to compete him at small tour over the winter season to really consolidate our training working on the general way of going. Apprentice Groom with Bright Dressage.
This position requires the applicants to have had experience around horses. They must be passionate about the industry, work fast, use your own initiative, be punctual and a team player with a keen eye for detail who is willing to go the extra mile.
DUTIES... Mucking out Sweeping yards Turning horses in/out General up keep of yard Clearing of paddocks / water filling Preparing horses for training
There will be opportunities to attend and groom at shows.
Hacking and schooling of sales horses dependant on candidate skills.
Days / Hours 40 hours per week. Working 5 days per week between Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm with some flexibility required for other adhoc shifts. One weekend off per month minimum.
Due to our rural location, you must have your own transport or a means of getting to work as there is no public transport nearby.

Dreams do come true. Back home from a successful couple of days at Addington High Profile with 3 awesome horses. 5 years ago I would have never thought I'd have 3 horses all finishing in the top 10 of their classes. Fandango Fst owned by Caroline Hadris came 7th in his second ever medium with above 66% still being so green at the level. Letzter Tanz owned by Cresta Ellis-Perager came 3rd in both his mediums with just under 70% today and went on to come 7th at his second attem...pt at Advanced Medium! Wodan owned by Karen Wright froze in the headlights a little yesterday but we were back on track today finishing 9th in the Inter 1 on 66.8%. Have so much love for these horses and the owners that make this happen. Thank you @tania kemsley for making sure all of the horses back at home have been exercised and well looked after as always. Great afternoon riding Letzter Tanz gaining over 73% in the Medium qualifier to come second to the wonderful Sarah Williams and her gorgeous stallion. Then we went on to gain 67.5% in his first advanced medium to win the class. . Super happy for his new owner Cresta Ellis-Perager.

Fame at her first show gaining 72% at Novice level. We have a very exciting time ahead with this beautiful mare who was bred by Margarethe Klare and found by Christian Heinrich for us. Fantastic day at Blue Barn Equestrian Centre with Fame gaining 72% in a novice at her first ever show and Fandango Fst gaining 67% in his first ever medium. Very lucky to have such wonderful horses to ride. Full video of Fame's test will be posted tomorrow!

For sale - PSG Gelding Super rising 12 year old Danish Warmblood ready to start competing at Small Tour, would make a fantastic Junior/Young Rider horse. Standing at 16.3hh he is a good ride for female or male rider. Lovely in the contact and a trainable attitude. Qualified for Advanced Medium Winter Regionals 2018/2019. Well mannered, good to hack, clip, shoe, load etc. Would suit a professional set up, I have given school master lessons on him but he would be happiest with... someone that gives him confidence to do his job.
