What a great place. Amazing drinks to choose from, great food, and a brilliant choice of bottles to buy and take away. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wish I lived closer!

I loved this bar. Looks like an old shop from outside. Huge selection of spirits all lined up on high shelves behind the bar which are all grouped by country and type. Really knowledgeable staff to help guide you through all the choices.

Never go into John Gordons in Cheltenham for food and respectable conduct “there is none”. What you can receive is an obnoxious chef and belligerent and conceited conduct of management staff through your dining experience. John Gordon want alcoholic customers who don’t care about being orally mistreated as they are too drunk to notice and don’t eat.

Amazing selection of drinks. Staff know their stuff so are good on advising what you may like. Nice courtyard area for outside seating.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was lovely as well. There's a comfy sitting area downstairs, and a nice patio outside. They have a large selection of whiskeys and gins to pick from.

Best whisky selection in town. The Gin is also good. The staff are knowledgeable and the downstairs is a nice place to relax
