I was 2 days away from getting married and had a jewellery emergency. It was a wonderful quick service and the man that served me was very kind especially given my frantic bridal state of mind! Would highly recommend!!

I left them my watch to fix, because strap came off. They didn't fix the strap and managed to loose parts of it in the process. They gave it back to me in a worse state than when I have left it.

When my other half and I first spoke about getting married, I knew I wanted my engagement ring from here. Although we live almost 3 hours away from Oxford (where I grew up), I was still confident this was the place to go regardless!
My fiancé did all the planning (in secret obviously) and liaised with Annie to create my perfect bespoke engagement ring - they really didn't disappoint! The quality was absolutely stunning and my fiancé was so impressed with how easy the process was considering he didn't make a single trip up to Oxford!! Needless to say, I've had countless compliments about my beautiful ring.
When it came to the wedding rings, I did the liaising as was equally impressed - Annie and John truly are the experts and were so helpful through the whole process.
We received our rings today - I genuinely can't stop staring at them. They're absolutely perfect and it's very annoying we can't wear them for a few more months!
