Our applewood smoked whole baby back pork ribs are on the menu...with crunchy coleslaw and our fabulous chips, it really is a perfect summer dish..smoked in our own smoker, then braised in coca cola for a touch of sweetness smothered with our sticky hickory smoked BBQ sauce....
