More stuff from back in the day... December 1968 - Tudor Rose on the front cover of Drag Racing & Hot Rod Magazine. Watch this space for more updates on this car...!
Blown away by this fantastic anniversary collage from Lee Child. Thank you Lee
Today is the 50th Anniversary of John Woolfe Racing http://www.eurodragster.com/news/news.asp …
In this 50th Anniversary year of John Woolfe Racing, what better tribute could there possibly be to honour the legendary John Woolfe himself. Credit to all involved and with utmost respect...
Another great book hot off the press - the lovely Miss Hurst, Linda Vaughn - First Lady of Motorsports. Any seasoned racer will know her well and this would make a great Xmas gift... Yes Xmas - it's not that far off!
We were honoured that Steve Mashek (ex Mr Gasket and now Summit Racing) took time out of his honeymoon in Europe to visit us at Bedford with his lovely new wife Kris. It was great to see you both and congratulations!
It's alright for some! Dave hanging out with Rex Slugget in Hawaii (little do they know eh Rex!).
Rex was one of the early pioneers of British drag racing in the 1960's and his name is synonymous with The Duke of Cornwall and then, with Dennis Priddle, the legendary Tudor Rose. Wonder what drag racing history in this country would look like had Rex not asconded to the US where he ended up working for likes of Keith Black and Bill Simpson!
A very proud Dennis Priddle after receiving his trophy at the the IDRHOF - with Dave.
Once again, congratulations Dennis!
