Founded in 1840 by John Wragg, our company has undergone several changes of direction over
the years. Starting as a wholesale egg operation, we have been delivered trade grocers, an egg packing
plant and finally, since the 1960s, a bacon wholesaler and processor. We specialise in producing
Gammon Steaks for the catering trade, but also undertake specialist slicing and jointing operations, as
well as our normal wholesale operations.
We deliver all over the north of England on our own refrigerated transport, and will use a carrier as and
when appropriate.
We also operate a vansales delivery service around sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Hope Valley
area with products ranging from Sliced bacon, Sausage, Black Pudding, Tinned Tomato's & Beans,
Horseshoe Gammons , Gammon Steaks, Gammon Joints, a variety of crucial sauces.

Our Procesing Plant is BRC Acredited
