Jolates Description
Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate and strengthen the body by emphasising balance, alignment, proper breathing, and core stability.
Oestopaths, physiotherapists, and general practitioners recommend its simple, low impact approach as one of the safest forms of exercise, ideal for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall physical health.
Pilates can be beneficial for just about anyone, regardless of age and fitness level.
I will be completing my training over the next few months including specialist pre- and post-natal exercise - perfect for restoring your pelvic floor muscles.
As soon as I can find a venue I will be running taster classes followed by four week beginners programmes.
