We currently operate 60 stores around the UK and Ireland with plans to open further stores during the course of 2015. We are continually looking for additional store locations which will allow us to continue to service you and your pets.
All stores have friendly and knowledgeable store teams available to provide impartial product advice to helping you choose your perfect pet.
Our website contains specific pet pages which contain pet care booklets which can be downloaded which provide essential health and product tips.
At Jollyes we know how important every pet is to their owner, which is why we strive to provide the best products at the best prices.

PUPPY CLUB
Monday 3rd September we will start our new Puppy Club. ... This will be a 4 week course of basic training and socialising , every Monday 6.30pm till 7.30pm . The classes will be held in store with Mark Pritchard of Bear's Dog. Puppies need to be over 12 weeks and under 6 months , with proof of vaccination The Cost of this will be £25 per puppy that will cover the full 4 weeks where at the end your dog will receive a Goody Bag of Food and treats. If you would your puppy to attend this course please call into the store and book your space the £25 cash payment has to be paid at the time of booking

It’s international cat day and to celebrate we are giving away a bag of lifestage cat or kitten food. To enter just post a picture of your cat and the picture that gets the most likes wins(winner must be able to collect). #internationalcatday

The gobble stopper can be attached to any bowl and helps to slow your dogs at meal times.

Won a gift card end of march for £5 , went in to claim it yesterday but it had been misplaced so the manager gave me one for £10 instead! Excellent customer service, well done Jollyes

The staff were very helpful with some calming spray for my cat
The guys in this store have gone the extra mile for us. Their customer service is second to none and will be always using these in the future

Such helpful friendly staff. Always got time for customers. If they haven't got what you need they will try and order it. Love it there.
Staff in there are really helpful always willing to serve with a smile, have even offered to carry heavy stuff out and put in my car.
My kids had a great time at the handling session and all the staff were so friendly
Jolleys is a superb pet shop, on the 13th July with the 8th Ellesmere Port Beaver Scouts went to visit Jolleys pet store to learn about how to care for rabbits, mice, rats and Guinea pigs.
We were welcomed by the staff and we were told what was going to happen in the hour that we were there.
The two staff members that were talking to the beaver scouts and were answering the questions were very patient with each child.
The Beaver Scouts stroked all the animals that they wanted to touch, they listened to what diets each animal needed and why they needed them.
If I was to recommend somewhere that's great on giving talks it would have to be Jolleys.
I thank you for all your time talking to the beaver scouts

Absolutely brilliant service from Alaw today, we chose two guinea pigs and she helped us purchase everything we needed. Alaw is an asset to your store �
