I am asked A LOT where do I take my little van in the week.... the answer is always nowhere 🤷‍♀️! This is the reason why....every cake(except the fruitcake made by my dad!), biscuit, sausage roll and scone is baked by hand in my little kitchen by me. This takes a good few days and along with accounts, stock takes, re ordering, ingredient shopping and cleaning and prepping the van for the weekend takes up my full week! My ho...memade cakes are a huge part of the Jolly’s business and is what I really love about the job. As well as seeing paying customers really enjoy them 😊. Right I am off to finish these bakes off... can you spot the vibrant raspberry jam...?!
