As a matter of course I always gift the family with a presentation box with a copy of the service, printed on nice paper in a lovely font .. only last night I said to my good lady if it was a good idea as never had feedback about that in itself ... for a service today I received something that cemented that it will continue... " Thank you so much for today.. everyone commented on how nice it was and it was exactly what we wanted... thank you so much for the lovely copy of the service... I will cherish it forever" So it is something that will stay...
