I also want to give thanks to all those who urged me to take on public speaking & who have been supporting my journey to date. The journey continues... 🥊 ... I’ve been to over 20 schools across the UK including Independent, SEN, Primary, Secondary & Sixth Form college’s. Told my story to over 10,000 students... Everyone wants to be a winner, to feel a winner and has the will to be a winner, but being a winner looks and feels different for everyone. Being a winner for each of us is as unique as we are; it requires different levels of agility, preparation, conviction, focus, and strength, so the key message in today’s session was behaving like a winner and you become one. The key is not the will to win… Everybody has that. It is the will to prepare to win in your mind... No one ...can take that will and determination away. Today, we are all winners. @ Hertfordshire

Boxing; we’re all in this together! Not only an incredibly fun sport which makes you mentally and physically stronger but one which is naturally supportive of mindfulness as boxing requires total “in the moment” concentration and application. It doesn’t matter how strong you are, how tall you are, what your body shape is or your background... Boxing is a great full-body workout as these girls found out! ... So thank you girls, for allowing us to show you how boxing can contribute positively to your life stories, revealing innate strength you may not have otherwise been able to recognise in yourself.
