We recently bought a Mini from Bailey. The whole process was smooth from enquiry to purchase. Ensuring the few bits we found on the test drive be sorted to resolving a few minor teething problems since we took delivery of the car. Recently bought a Kia sorento from this company. Excellent service. Very helpful and vehicle was as good as described. It has since developed a fault with rear parking sensors not present at the time of purchase but they have assured me that it will be resolved. Very good company and wouldn't hesitate to return there for my next vehicle. Highly recommended.

Just bought our new car from Jones Motor Company yesterday and like the other reviewers we were a bit nervous as there are so many unscrupulous people out there. We need not have worried. We travelled from Scotland to Bradford and Bailey was patient and very honest with us and the transaction went through quite easily. The car was exactly as described and we drove home with no issues. I viewed a lot of cars online and narrowed it down to an Audi Q3. The Q3's that I looked at were high in value generally, and then I found this one. Very well priced for the year and mileage and it was immaculate! I went to view it and didn't get bombarded, I just asked a few questions about the car.

I went back the same week for a test drive and loved it. There was no pressure at all and Bailey was great from start to finish.

I was in the process of buying a house at the same time as a car (must be mad),but Bailey went out of his way to help me and put me at ease with everything, to the point of making sure l was comfortable from a financial point of view and even sought advise for me... can't get better customer service than that really.

I've had the car for 5 days so far and love it. I defiantly made the right choice.

This dealership is tucked away in a quiet location, but I wouldn't let that put you off. From what I saw they sell quality cars, and going from my experience provide a top class customer service.

I purchased a 3 year old car from Jones Motor company without seeing it given I live 250 miles away.The price was very competitive (cheaper than the auction before fees) and they offered a reasonable part exchange on my vehicle. The sales representative described the car in detail over the phone, including the minor scuffs. The car was as described and they gave me the agreed part exchange for my car without issue. The paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently and there have been no issues. I would certainly recommend them and the personal service received.

I have viewed dozens of cars online and narrowed it down to just a handful. I saw some overpriced monsters elsewhere, but once I saw the quality of the car that Bailey showed me at Jones, I cancelled the rest of my viewings. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. They had a few motors in the showroom and all appeared to be of the same quality, that is HIGH.

I did have a problem with the car, but they arranged to get it sorted with no grumbles. You couldn't ask for more.

If you want a quality motor phone up and go meet them. Very helpful and NO pressure.

I brought a BMW 520 Sport from jones motors and left a deposit only on the description from Bailey at the garage. When I saw the car for the first time I wasn't disappointed. The car was better than what was described. I would certainly recommend this garage to anyway looking to buy a used car. Brilliant service

Having spent weeks searching for a Corsa and being disappointed to turn up and find cars advertised as in ‘perfect condition’ with rust, dents and worse, Jones Motor Company was a welcome relief. I found exactly what I was looking for on Autotrader and was not disappointed when I went to view. The car was in near immaculate condition for its age and exactly as described. Will was friendly and helpful and I bought the car in less than 10 mins! A few days later I noticed that the windscreen washers were not working. I rang Will and arranged to drop it off the next day to be resolved, the problem was sorted within a few hours free of charge. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending JMC or in returning in the future.

Had the pleasure of picking this great car up from JMC on Saturday, what a lovely vehicle and well presented. JMC made sure the car was in great running order before sale and ensured I was happy with the car. From first contact Bailey was professional and personable, he took me through every aspect of the car, covered finance options and warranty requirements. There was no pressure sales tactics and he was even happy to come in to the office on a Sunday so we could test drive the car before making our decision. From my experience JMC were great to buy from and I am very happy I chose to buy from them.

Fantastic customer service from Will, answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. The car was ready for us as soon as we arrived, and he gave us time to look all around/in it, before taking it out on a lengthy test drive. Cracking car, great price, and top notch service - I’d definitely buy from Jones Motor Company again in the future.

Bought my volvo xc6o from these guys this week. The only day i was free to pick it up was a Sunday when the showroom is supposed to be shut but it was no problem for Bailey and his boss. They both turned up on there day off to help. Great service would recommend to anyone !! Thanks again

After looking round lots of places for a new car, we came across this little gem! The service has been outstanding!
